Construction
We specialize in large, complicated initiatives that require agile use of technology for layout, pre-fabrication, coordination, site safety and project management. We have expertise installing industrial HVAC using Air rotation, spot cooling and HLVS fans. Skilled in conventional rooftop conditioning with VAVs and VRF as well as all combinations chillers, boilers, cooling towers and SWHPs.
In plumbing we are experts the precise installation of complicated waste systems, using Trimble for precise layout requirements, and pre-fabrication to keep up with demanding schedules. We excel in multiple Piping systems including industrial process piping using SS welded piping, high pressure lube piping. We continue to search for and implement new and innovative ways to provide high quality products on the demanding timelines of todays schedules. We are certified Aquatherm, Victaulic, ProPress, MegaPress, Uponor, and ZoomLock installers.
Design
We have 2 highly skilled PE’s on staff who design with both first cost and lifetime cost in mind by understanding both energy and water efficiency.
Herlocker Mechanical is experienced in all types of DX and hydronic air conditioning as well as extensive experience and knowledge of the plumbing code allows us to design efficient systems in respect to both cost, water and energy for a wide breadth of buildings including; industrial plants, distribution warehouses, Class A offices, food processing facilities and health care facilities. We are also familiar with many of the local reviewers allowing us to ensure quicker more seamless approval in the permitting process.
Maintenance & Repair
Our goal is to provide proper preventative maintenance programs that dramatically reduce the need for service calls. Our HVAC focus is primarily on industrial, large office and distribution clients. Large AHU/RTU, VRF, process hydronic equipment and controls maintenance is our specialty. We also provide timely plumbing services for sewer jetting, water heater repair replacement, leak detection and emergency repair.
